This is a Soft Book I made for a swap. I really enjoyed making this book and wished I'd kept it. I was leary at first about making a book ( or journal ) but after following detailed directions I was very happy with the results. I found the green straw like paper at Hobby Lobby. It was the best woven paper I have found thus far. More pics of the book follow. Posted by Picasa

Soft book front and back. The vanilla fabric ribbon tied the book close. I inserted the ribbon through some holes before gluing the back and front cover of the book. Posted by Picasa

inside of soft book I made. I think I put in 8 pages total. Very fun to make. Posted by Picasa

another scan that doesn't do the card justice. Each dragonfly scquares has fine iridescent glitter. Posted by Picasa

this is pretty grainy, but oyu get the idea. I hate my scanner! Used Krylon copper pen for edge. Gave this dom to my mommy-kins Posted by Picasa

another cracked glass technique. The scan doesn't do these tags justice. Posted by Picasa

my first attempt at Cracked Glass technique. Posted by Picasa

another stamp club. I really do love this one. The red middle is velvet heat stamped. Posted by Picasa

I love the spnged background I did on this one. Posted by Picasa

fmade this last year. First attempt at crimper. Sponged peach and light blue for cloudy day. Posted by Picasa

the skelton leaf stamp is pressed into hot UTEE ( ultra thick embossing enamel ) and leaves a cool impression. Layers of platinum UTEE was embossed onto a square of cardboad. Posted by Picasa

I love this card. The cats are from a cat cube( there is one cat I didn't use )
The stamp is from Inky Antics.

simple altered tag I made for a swap. I smeared ink from ink pads all over the tag with my fingers. Best tools ever! I should retail them Posted by Picasa

one of my first cards, 4 years ago. I made the brick stamp out of a rubber cement eraser ( some call it an adhesive eraser) Posted by Picasa
